Ayala’s Nature based solutions at World Water Week

On Monday, August 21, AB InBev Foundation Executive Director Sam Stephens hosted a critical conversation at the
World Water Week conference, discussing The Role of Corporate Philanthropy in Achieving #SDG6, clean water and sanitation for all.

AB inBev’s partnership with Ayala Water & Ecology Nature Based Solutions and 100+ Accelerator was able to identify practical, measurable and scalable improvements to living conditions for a Bolivian community facing water scarcity and insecurity is an example of the important role corporations and corporate philanthropy can play in supporting public-private partnerships that drive progress toward sustainable water access. In the discussion, insights about how corporate philanthropies can help fill the gap between corporate ESG initiatives and public projects to achieve #SDG6 by 2030, were shared, acknowledging that corporate philanthropy is playing an increasingly important role.
